With a house or a plot it is not enough to show what sits behind the fence. The access, the surroundings, the neighbouring buildings and how the property sits within its location all matter. A drone shows the context that ordinary photographs simply cannot.
We prepare the aerial photographs and video so they are not just an extra striking shot. We use them to show the extent of the plot, the position of the property and its relationship to what is around it. The result is a presentation from which an interested buyer can form a more accurate picture before the viewing.
