Less of your living. More room for the buyer.

When you sell your home, you see years of your life in it. The buyer is seeing it for the first time — and needs to picture their own life there. Too much furniture, too many personal things or an awkward arrangement can make that harder than it needs to be.

So we do not start with decoration. First we look at the space through the buyer's eyes. We tell you what to leave, what to put away and what to move. Where it is needed we add to the space and prepare it for photography and viewings. Not so it looks like a catalogue, but so it is clear what is being sold.

what we handle for you.

  • assessing the space before it goes to market
  • a plan that uses what you already have
  • removing distracting and overly personal items
  • rearranging the furniture and the individual rooms
  • adding staging pieces where they are needed
  • preparing the property for photography and viewings

Before photography, we depersonalise and prepare the property — furniture, accessories and lighting arranged so the rooms stand out, not the previous owner's belongings. The goal isn't cleaning, but staging that shortens the time on market and helps reach a better price.
